AutoLog® ControlMan is a turnkey solution for customer, who needs remote target supervision and control solution, but doesn't want to participate on server PC investments or any maintenance tasks. AutoLog® ControlMan is fully maintained by the system supplier. No server PC installations, software installations or hardware installations are needed from the customer. Customer just opens Internet browser and logs in the AutoLog® ControlMan web pages to see the status of their remote target applications, from any PC with Internet connection! Remote supervision and control service in Internet AutoLog® ControlMan is Internet "control room" service for remote target supervision and control. AutoLog® ControlMan service collects measurement and status data from remote targets via GSM network. Data is stored to ControlMan's database. Collected data can be analyzed using normal web browser. User just logs in to the ControlMan web pages and sees their target application data in dynamic web pages. Just few clicks and user can see the status of their remote targets, print monthly reports, analyze productivity, check maintenance needs etc. Alarm views, trend views, process picture views, target control views, report views, trouble ticket views... Instant alarms directly to right persons! Conventional alarming system stores and time-stamps alarms into database and updates alarms views but will this guarantee that right person reacts to the alarm before its too late? - In addition to conventional alarming system, AutoLog® ControlMan can send alarm messages immediately to service men's GSM phones and/or e-mails and reach the person whether he is on the field or behind his desk. How it works? AutoLog® GSM-RTU AutoLog® ControlMan uses AutoLog® GSM-RTU devices for measurement and status data collection and control. AutoLog® GSM-RTU interfaces with customer's targets using analog and digital I/Os. AutoLog® GSM-RTU can read any physical variable e.g. temperature, voltage, ampere, pressure, humidity, position from sensors using analog inputs and relay on/off status etc. using digital inputs. Digital outputs can be used to make controls. Also analog outputs are available for special controls. AutoLog® GSM-RTU is fully programmable so it can analyze the measurement and status data and make automatic calculations, controls, send SMS messages etc. It can also use internal clock-calendar to make time triggered controls etc. AutoLog® ControlMan AutoLog® GSM-RTU sends the measurement and status data wirelessly to AutoLog® ControlMan server. AutoLog® GSM-RTU uses bi-directional GSM / SMS messages or one-way GSM / GPRS packet data transfer for communication with AutoLog® ControlMan. Received measurement and status data is time-stamped and stored in AutoLog® ControlMan server's SQL database. AutoLog® ControlMan, Internet application pages AutoLog® ControlMan works as web- and database server so users can log in to the server remotely and see application pages and -data using normal web browser. From the Internet application pages user can analyze the measurement and status data using graphical trend line views, alarm and report views, dynamic process picture views, target control views, trouble ticket system etc. AutoLog® ControlMan generates alarm message if one of the measurements or status value goes out of defined limits. User can send control commands to AutoLog® GSM-RTU which will control e.g. relay's (digital output's) status. Alarm messages can be forwarded to defined GSM phones. AutoLog® ControlMan, Maintenance pages AutoLog® ControlMan has all the information about the configured users, user groups, GSM-RTUs, I/O points, analog input scalings, allowed phone numbers, etc. Authorized user can maintain complete system remotely using the Web browser. FF-Automation can do all maintenance tasks or some of the tasks can be left to customer. Benefits to customer AutoLog® ControlMan service gives an easy to use interface to analyze and learn the behavior of remote targets and react to possible failure or abnormal situations before it's too late. Targets can be supervised and controlled remotely. No need for expensive on-site visits. Important data is always available. Mobile GSM phones can be used e.g. to get alarm messages, reports and sending parameter changes and controls. Targets can be controlled also automatically. AutoLog® GSM-RTU is full featured automation PLC device so it is capable of controlling very complex target application processes locally without user interaction. Freely programmable. AutoLog® GSM-RTU can be connected to other devices and systems using Modbus RTU protocol. AutoLog® ControlMan database can be connected to other company databases, documents etc. AutoLog® ControlMan uses existing hardware solutions: Any existing desktop PC's can be used to supervise targets without any software installations. Existing GSM phones can be used as mobile interfaces to the system. No maintenance or investment costs. AutoLog® ControlMan uses existing and global communication solutions: measurement data is send via existing and almost global GSM network. Remote PC's communicates with AutoLog® ControlMan server using existing and almost global Internet network. No maintenance or investment costs. The complete system is remotely maintained by supplier or authorized customer. AutoLog® GSM-RTUs can be programmed remotely and AutoLog® ControlMan database server can be maintained remotely. All the data can be read and controls can be made remotely. Customer can get the turnkey system with complete system maintenance agreement from supplier. Customer doesn't need to invest or maintain server PC or install any software. Very flexible for future expansions when customer wants to add more devices or features to the system.
